Booking Terms and Conditions for Allt-Na-Craig House
All
bookings for rooms will require a Credit or Debit card to
guarantee the booking.
All
payments due on departure. Any Deposits taken are NON REFUNDABLE
If you wish to cancel we will not charge you
prior to 28 days before the booking. Cancellation 28 to 14 days
prior to booking we would charge 50% of the booking, 13- 8 days we
will charge 75% and within 7 days the full amount will apply.
In the
event of a no-show the credit / debit card would be charged in full
Our
commitment to you when you book.
When
you place a booking with us we remove the room or rooms from sale
which means that we will turn down other booking as we have made a
commitment to you. As we only have five rooms it is important for us
to keep the rooms working. This is why we have these terms and
conditions.
Note
To Travel and Booking Agents:-
All
bookings accept from agents by phone, fax or e-mail are deemed to
accept our terms and conditions. In the the unlikely event
that payment is late a £25 +vat late payment charge will be applied
.
Booking Terms and Conditions for the Coach
House
On confirmation a 20% deposit is
required at the time of booking, payment may be by Cheque, Visa,
MasterCard, Switch or Delta. All deposits
are NON REFUNDABLE
Balance is due 6 weeks prior to hire. All
bookings made within 6 weeks full payment is due.
If no
balance is forthcoming within the 7
days of the balance due date the owners
reserves to right to assume the booking cancelled. Any paid
deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations
up to 6 weeks loss of deposit, cancellation within the 6 weeks 100%.
We STRONGLY recommend that clients take comprehensive insurance
to cover for all eventualities.
Heating is included
within the rental price, based on a standard timer of 7 hours daily
during the winter months. However if the heating is required full
time this can be provided for and addition £50 per week.
Electricity is included up to the first £10 per week it will then be
charged out at the standard rate of our suppliers at the tiime.
Pets are charged at £15.00 per week.
A £350
security deposit,is required at registration this
will be returned on
departure at the discretion of the owner/caretaker.
This can also be done by the swiping of a Credit or debit
card
The number of people occupying the
property shall not exceed 6 guests (except for infants under 2).
The property and its contents must be left clean and tidy; the
owner/caretaker reserves the right to make an additional charge if
they feel this is not complied with.
All breakages must be
replaced; guests must notify the owner of larger items so this may
be done before the next let.
Refuse: We are happy to dispose of 1 dustbin load of refuse per
week. Any excess including bottles must be disposed of at the local
waste dump by the guest renting the Coach House
Arrival must not be before 4pm, and guests must depart the
property by 10am or an extra day’s let will be charged. Earlier
arrival and late check out can sometimes be negotiated with the
owner/caretaker depending on the next Coach House let.
